Lefthander Ryan O'Rourke has a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament in his elbow and will need Tommy John surgery, the Twins announced today. O'Rourke traveled with the Twins to Arlington to be evaluated by Rangers orthopedist Dr. Keith Miester.
